  • Where to know the size information of the product?

We provide Size & Fit Guide on the product page for customers to learn about the specific size information of the clothes.

1inch=2.54cm. Please note that dimensions may vary between 2-4 cm as they are measured by hand. The matching size on the label may differ from the one you ordered.

Pay With Credit/Debit Card

We support general credit card and debit card payment. Please note that GENANX does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Pay With Paypal

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Pay With Shop Pay

4 interest-free installments

Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipping date). No interest or added fees when you pay on time!

  • Customs duties?

For international orders, shipping does not include import duties, taxes and fees. Therefore, any and all duties or import duties will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. If any, these fees must be paid by the customer.

If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be solely responsible for all return shipping, customs and handling charges. Please note that due to customs regulations, GENANX cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

The delivery time frame for an order is divided into two parts:

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

  • Delivery Notes

Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping begins when you receive shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and order ID.

Most orders are shipped within 2 days after payment confirmed.

Please note that there may exist some delay on the delivery due to the influence of Covid-19.

  • Is there any notification about the order processing?

Email Notification About The Order Processing:

After you have paid for your order, we will send you an email to confirm your order.

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a package tracking number.

We will also send you an order completion confirmation email when your order is finalized..

  • If I am not satisfied with the product, can I request a return or refund?

We offer Easy Returns and Refund. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of the arrival of the item. 

  • Does GENANX support exchange?

We offer item exchange service if it is eligible for an exchange. We are always trying to work out proper solutions for the after-sales issue, only to protect the right of our customers maximally.

  • Who will bear the refund cost?

If the goods are returned by the consumer, the shipping cost must be borne by the consumer. The specific charges should be based on the carrier you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not required to pay shipping charges for this. For the return of products, no return fee will be charged to the consumer.

Many of our sales/promotions come out of nowhere and if you order an item at full price prior to the sale on our site, you are not eligible for a price adjustment. GENANX does not accept requests for price adjustments.
